Objectives and Evaluation

Depending on the particularities of each project, defining the objectives of our staff working on this, and based on those assessed quarterly.

The responsible supervisor at work, check the performance of staff, conducting daily checks on projects. Complete the inspection forms to monitor the work program, which were then delivered for evaluation and archiving in Customer Service & HR department.
